In this course, a simulation takes place where the students will have to solve tickets (support requests) within an organization. The course is completely practical, and comes up against real problems. The teacher will be available to illustrate the diagnostic procedures, workflows to follow to get to the identification of the problem and its consequent resolution.

Teaching Methodology
The course includes educational laboratories in which each student will be able to work in order to complete training exercises that will provide practical experience in using the instrument, for each of the topics covered during the course.
Prerequisites:
- Basic knowledge of linux commands
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating system
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP stack
- Basic knowledge of text editor on terminal (vi,vim,nano)
